All Out - permutation on the common call for "all in" during a boss fight
Built Horde Tough - play on the "Built Ford Tough" marketing line for Ford Trucks
Calamitous Intent - the "Guild of Calamitous Intent" is an organization in the Venture Brothers cartoon
Disconnected From Server - The message you see when your network connection goes down
Fel Iron Chef - Fel Iron is a type of ore in the game and Iron Chef is a TV show from Japan
Girls Gone Feral - play on the pornographic video series, "Girls Gone Wild" and the "Feral" talent spec for Druids
Giant Censored Robots - I have no idea, but I love it!
Months Behind - A comment on content progression, I presume
Power Word Funk - Power Word Shield is a commonly used priest spell
Roll for Blame - "Roll for loot" or "roll for shard" are common phrases you'll hear when grouping
Scholomance Debate Team - Scholomance is a city which has been razed and is in a perpetual state of flame and ruin
Self Titled - Self explanatory
