Blibdoolpoolp is the primary goddess of the kuo-toa, a race of amphibious humanoids that tend toward evil alignment.

She is an intermediate goddess of darkness, insanity and revenge. Physically, she is a hybrid of a human female body and a lobster-like pair of claws and head.
