Dark River Swamp

The Dark River Swamp is a moderately large swamp in the Pomarj which runs along the western shore of the Dark River from Woolly Bay to about 10 miles south of Danube, which is on the opposite side of the river. The swamp provides natural flood protection for Danube by absorbing much of the spring flood waters from the Dark River.
