Dorichel Myerren is a former adventurer who found that more lucrative (and safer) business could be had by transporting goods between frontier cities such as Sasserine and Cauldron. When her daughter, Cine Myerren, was born, she took to caravanning full time in order to try to build a better future for her.
Kidnapping
While transporting goods to Cauldron, her caravan was attacked by a beholder who took only her daughter.
Heartsick and furious, Dorichel has vowed to slay the beast and get her daughter back. However, she's more practical than to think that she can overcome the beast that bested all of the caravan's guards. So, she's staying in Cauldron for now, waiting for an opportunity to either ransom her child back or send a larger force to recover her.
