Rondil is a wizard who was an associate of Laughing Jack.
Carpenter's Cove
It seems that Rondil has somehow become "one" with Laughing jack, and the two now scheme to invade the prime material plane from Mechanus, using a planar portal that they acquired during Jack's years as a pirate.
Rondil claims to have been able to achieve some sort of mastery over Mechanus or the forces that he encountered there which will, in his words, put him "on par with the Circle of Eight."
