Shackled City
From AJS.COM
The Shackled City is the name of a monthly Dungeons & Dragons game, run by Aaron Sherman between 2006 and 2007. The game was based on the popular Dungeon Magazine's Shackled City Adventure Path. It follows the Than Greyhawk campaign, which was run in the same world. This campaign is set in Erik Mona's Greyhawk.

Deviation from the book
This campaign begins with the characters at 6th level, and diving right into the adventure path at chapter four. Some of the background has been changed to make this work, including having local citizens deal with the adventures that player characters would otherwise have involved themselves in.
Events
Chapter 4

The party arrives in town with a caravan from the north, serving as guards. The caravan was attacked by a beholder, and a child was kidnapped. After thwarting an umber hulk, the party is approached by Celeste and travels to Bhal-Hamatugn to rescue Zenith Splintershield from the kua-toa!
Chapter 5
- This chapter is currently ongoing. More information at Shackled City: Chapter 5
The city of Cauldron is in turmoil over increased taxes, but something else is afoot! The players deal with riots that lead them to the farming and mining communities around Cauldron.
The End... ?
Sadly, life got in the way... this game is now on hold, and may be resurrected in the future for short wrap-up of just a few sessions. Meanwhile, feel free to take advantage of the materials here to supplement or help plan your own Shackled City game. It really is a great set of modules that I highly recommend to any dedicated group of d20 gamers!
