Overview

Ursula is a hairy golem in the hulking shape of a wearbear in hybrid form. As a creature of wood, metal and toughened sinew, brought to life by magic, she has no thoughts of her own and simply follows her master's orders. The bear-woman is controlled by Dana, who purchased her from a manor's lord some years ago. She smells faintly of hide and metallic oil, in addition to the equipment she carries, and she often must be scrubbed down after harsh battles lest the blood of her enemies rot in her fur.
Ursula is very strong, even for her considerable size (she stands nigh on eight feet tall and has proportionate girth). She wields a prodigious warhammer like a toy, and is unslowed by a full pack, a chainmail shirt and cap, and a heavy shield. Her fumbling hands are ill-suited to activities other than combat and lifting, though, lacking either fine control or any intelligent understanding of what she does.
In battle, the bear-woman strikes ringing blows with her enchanted bludgeon and rips at foes with her toothed jaws. If directed to attack a particular foe, she pays no attention to others. She uses no advanced tactics, missing opportunities for advantage unless carefully directed by Dana.
Ursula does not eat, sleep, or tire. Her lack of mental discrimination makes her ill-suited to stand watch alone, but at least she never needs to be awoken in case of danger.
