Lord Vhalantru has been in Cauldron for only 15 years, one of a handful of new nobility in the town around that time. He has established himself as a generous and protective member of the community. One of the ways that he does this is by sponsoring the exploits of young adventuring groups. He has recently taken an interest in Q and his band of adventurers.
He is a human male of about 5'8" and has long, blonde hair and a slightly over-large nose.
